I continue to get charged from youtooz and I never received my order from them. I received email yesterday saying order shipped but has a delivery dates in September. It's October, so not sure what that means.

Our support team hasn't received any emails from you, so we're unsure what your order number is or which tracking link you have been sent. I ordered an item on their website, it said it was in stock, it said it was going to start being shipped between May 15 and July 15. As this was July 22 I didn't think much of it and ordered. I received an email confirmation of my order on the same day and the money was taken from my credit card. I have not heard from the company since. I emailed their support team on 8/6/21 as this is a birthday present for my son and his birthday is approaching. They have not replied, I sent another email enquiring about my order on 8/9/21 and have not heard from them yet. They do not make a phone number available for order enquiries so I'm at a loss as to what I can do next to resolve this issue. If they don't have the product in stock, they should not take my money.

Hey! You placed an order for a plush and there was a slight delay with shipping. You emailed us on August 6 and we responded on August 10. You replied to the email thread on August 13 and we resent your FedEx tracking links on August 15. We've been having communication with you via email back and forth and it shows that the last email we sent to you was open and read. From the tracking links we sent you, I can see that FedEx delivered your first order on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 1:38pm and your second order on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 12:23pm. We've sent some proof of contact and delivery along with this response. If you have any other questions, please email us at support@youtooz.com and we'll continue to help you out. Thanks!

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I placed an order and paid for it on 7/22. I received a confirmation email and was told details of shipping would follow. 2 weeks later, after no contact from the company or shipment details, I sent them an email asking what the status of my order was, I waited 4 days to hear from them saying I would be getting details of my shipment soon, which did not clarify anything. It was only 8/15 when I got shipping details, which was almost 4 weeks after paying for my order and worst even, the tracking details kept changing the delivery information so I had no idea of when I would be receiving my order. Overall, I paid for my order on 7/22 and received it on 8/26 and that was after contacting the Company twice and making a complaint to the BBB. Although I am satisfied this matter has been resolved, I think the company needs to communicate better and make it very clear that payment will be taken before shipping and what the shipping expectations are for that order. Other companies manage that a lot better and I don't think this is an unreasonable expectation.

Order #XXXXXX Never received. Tired of having shipping date pushed back. Original ship date was by mid January. Purchased in October as a pre-order. Product was to be shipped out around mid January. Customer service claims Product is not ready and they give new time frame each time I contact them. Tired of dealing with the same answer.

Desired Outcome

You can refund my money to a different card or PayPal (my debit card used to purchase this has expired and account is closed) If this business cannot guarantee delivery in the next two weeks I want a full refund.

We refunded your credit card on April 18, 2021 due to your frustration with the shipping delay and offered to still ship your figure. As explained in our emails, we can only refund the original payment method used to order. We cannot send cheques or issue refunds Paypal. As mentioned in our emails, if that account has been closed, you'll have to contact your bank. We refunded the full amount of this order to your card and your order was delivered on May 25, 2021.

Two products purchased and never received. Sept 30, 2019 and January 8, 2021 Family purchased product from YouTooz on September 30th,2020 that was never received. Another product was purchased on January 8th 2021 -not received Have written YouTooz and they say they're checking the quality. They never send the items.

Desired Outcome

I want both products refunded. $30 plus tax each for a total of $60 plus tax to the visa used immediately.

Because you asked to cancel, you will not receive this product. Your second order was placed on Jan 8, 2021 for ***********, a pre-order set to ship out between April 20-30, 2021. This order was shipped and delivered. We cannot cancel this order, as it has been delivered to you. You placed an order for ********** on May 28, 2021. This is a pre-order set to ship out between Oct 1 - Oct 8, 2021. I ordered a H20 delirious bobblehead on 9/17/20 at 3:34p est and was charged $29.99. I have not received my item or any communication back to my ?s Good morning. I cannot track my order because the order went to an email address that is no longer valid (******************** or ********************). Placed order for on 5/22/20. Order was due to ship no later than 7/29/20 but still have not received product to date (8/18/20). Placed a pre-order for merchandise on 05/22/2020. Received confirmation that merchandise would ship sometime between 22-29 July 2020. I sent three emails requesting order updates on 7/30/20, 8/5/20, and 8/7/20. Customer service kept telling me that the order was delayed. I finally received UPS tracking number on 8/13/20 however, the tracking number shows the items still has not been shipped.

Desired Outcome

I would like the item to be delivered. I am scared this may be a scam because for one, I paid $60 for a collectible for my child - which already is over priced but now we have been waiting nearly three whole months for the product to arrive.

Hey! It appears you ordered the 2ft Flamingo Plush on May 20, 2020. This figure was a pre-order, as listed on it's product page and your order confirmation email. Your order was shipped out on August 1, 2020 and delivered by USPS on September 1, 2020. USPS confirmed this delivery. From the email on your order, it does not appear you've contacted our customer support team at *******@youtooz.com. We suggest you email us there if you haven't already for more info. Thanks!

Youtooz they suppose to ship off my figure after april the 24. they told me that week or the next week.... i ask if it was going to be another month they told me no. it's may now still didn't get what i ordered or the tracking number they suppose to give... i messaged them on Instagram, twitter and Facebook and now they give me the run around... i'am tired of dealing with this place... if they cant give me a refund then i want the figure i have ordered... not just me for they owe me two. for me and my nephew who they didn't give nothing too... i e-mailed them on may the 6 and still haven't gotton a e-mail still... and my nephew who ordered from them is in the same boat.... You placed an order for H2ODelirious on January 17, 2020. This figure was a pre-order figure, as noted at purchase, set to ship out in the spring. Your order was shipped out on April 28, 2020 and USPS updated your order to delivered on May 28, 2020. It appears we also sent you a complimentary H2ODelirious, as there was no charge on the second order and was created from our end. We shipped this H2ODelirious out on May 7, 2020 and USPS updated it to delivered on May 27, 2020. You contacted us on May 6, 2020 to inquire about the location of your orders and we responded on May 7, 2020 and sent you tracking links to both of these orders. We have not heard anything from you since.
